How can I contact Customer Support?

Why do I need to create an account?
It’s free to create an account. When logged in, you’ll be able to choose Favourite Images for later, create Wish Lists from customized products, see past purchases and track shipments. You will need to create an account before you can checkout.

How can I determine the final size of a product?
Product dimensions are displayed on the website in inches during product creation. The size of the final product is specific to your chosen product (canvas wall art, metal print, etc.), the selected options (frame, no frame) and the image orientation (horizontal, vertical, square or panorama).

Why do sizes come up in a different order when I choose different images?
Our Product Creation Tool analyzes the aspect ratio of each image, then displays the most suitable sizes first, where most of the image will be visible in the final product. Please note that the tool also analyses the source file and controls the zoom percentage to ensure the highest quality of output. In other words, the larger the original file, the more you can zoom into the image.

How do I know what size to choose?
Once you select the image, our Product Creation Tool will recommend sizes automatically, although all sizes are available. Other considerations are the placement in the room (above furniture or a mantle or on an empty wall), whether you intend for your custom wall art to be a focal point and if you are planning to hang more than one piece in the same location. Ask our Customer Support Specialists for tips on creating the best space.

Will I lose some of the image on canvas prints where it wraps around the frame?
When choosing an image wrap, you’ll lose approximately 1 ½" on all 4 edges of the canvas, which is an important factor to consider, especially on smaller prints, where this is a greater percentage of the image. Our Product Creation Tool will show you exactly how much of the image will be affected (lost) for the wrap portion, as well as allowing you to zoom / crop, or move an image around within the image area of the product size selected.

If you don’t want to lose any of the image to accommodate the wrap, you can pick black or white sides, which leaves the entire image area without any loss. One of the great features of the Printscapes Product Creation Tool is "What You See Is What You Get." Shop with confidence because what you see when you create your order is the same as the final product you’ll receive.

What products do you offer?
Printscapes offers a variety of made-to-order products created from over 60,000 world-class images produced by some of the best photographers and artists. Choose from custom gallery wrapped canvas wall art, contemporary or traditional framed canvas prints, posters, photo prints, metal prints and more.

How do I apply a coupon?
Once you’ve created the products you’d like to purchase, review your cart. You can add a gift card or promotional code during the checkout process. Please note that once a coupon or promotional code is added, it will remain in your account until it is used or until it expires.

Will I be charged tax on my order?
Printscapes charges GST or HST on all Canadian orders. There will be no US State taxes charged on US purchases. You must pay for all purchases at the time of order, including all taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

How much is shipping?
In North America, our shipping rates are calculated when you start the checkout process, based on the best rates from our shipping carriers and the size and weight of the final products and shipping containers.

International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the Website may not include all duties, tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or similar taxes assessed by local authorities, and pricing on the Website does not include insurance costs. Do I have to order online?
If you don’t want to order through the website, you can call us at 1-866-292-3326 (Toll Free North America) / +1-780-488-5451 (International). Or email us as support@printscapes.com and one of our Customer Support Specialists will walk you through the process.

How can I track my order?
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, provided the common carrier supplies one. You can also check on the current status of your order by signing into your account and navigating to the "Purchase History" page under "My Account," and clicking the "Track Shipment" link. Please note that tracking links may not be available or become inaccurate if there is a hand off between international postal systems.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Printscapes prides itself on producing premium products and all products are custom-made. Most orders will arrive within 5-10 days after fulfillment, depending on your location. Orders during peak holiday periods may be delayed, usually due to high shipping volumes.

What if I’m not happy with my wall art?
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order (materials and craftsmanship), we will either replace the product purchased, or provide a full refund within 30 days. Please see our complete Purchase Policy at https://www.printscapes.com/Purchase-Policy. Due to the fact that all products are made-to-order custom pieces, you cannot return the product(s) simply because you changed your mind about your image selection.

How do I see my previous orders?
Once you login to your account, navigate to My Account in the top menu and click on "Reports" to see your previous purchases. You can view your invoice or reorder.

Do you work with realtors or workspace brands?
Absolutely! Do you have a staging business? Large or small offices to decorate? Hotel or restaurant chain? We’re happy to provide a selection of images and custom art décor based on your creative direction and help you place a specially priced bulk order.

Do I have to accept Cookies on Printscapes.com or can I decline?
You do not have to accept the Cookies on our site. However, we do use these Cookies to provide the tools available when you are creating custom art on our site. Please be assured that we do not use any information collected by these Cookies, other than to enhance your experience on our site and to access the technical features to create custom wall art.

What happens if my purchase is damaged in shipping?
Unfortunately, sometimes products are unintentionally damaged during the shipping process. As soon as possible, provide pictures of the damage and of the carton / package to support@printscapes.com and we will immediately replace your artwork at no charge. You will not be asked to return the damaged product(s). Please feel free to call us at 1-866-292-3326 (Toll Free North America) / +1-780-488-5451 (International) if you require any further clarification or need help with your order.

Can I ask for an image to be printed in Black and White, rather than the colour version on the site?
Contact our customer support team for any special request, including changing a colour image to create custom black and white wall art. We have created many unique and interesting versions of images for our customers and are more than happy to provide these additional options upon request.

What if the size I want is bigger than any sizes listed on the Printscapes.com site?
The sizes offered on the site are standard sizes that also support shipping limitations for various locations through common carriers. That said, we are fully capable of producing very large versions of most of our products and are happy to create custom quotes to suit your needs, including the specialized shipping required.

Can you produce other products other than those listed on the Printscapes.com website?
Yes, we regularly create products based on our customer’s needs and have a large range of suppliers that we can use to produce unique product requests.

How are the Printscapes.com image creators compensated when I purchase products on your site?
Printscapes pays image creators / photographers very high commission rates and values the work of these highly skilled artists. We believe that image creators are the lifeblood of our business and want to reward them for their efforts in the most tangible way possible.

Why was my credit card declined? I know there are no problems with my card.
Third party payment processors may decline your card for unknown reasons and we suggest trying a different card if possible, or calling us directly to help identify the problem. The most common problems with transactions include: typos or missing characters, wrong expiry date, mismatch on the name on the card, the billing address being different than the shipping address, or trying to use a card that is not accepted on our site, such as Amex or Diner’s Club. Please call us if you are having difficulty and we are able to resolve most issues immediately.
